Salentein Numina Pinot Noir reflects the pure essence of the Uco Valley, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the San Pablo GI at a unique altitude of 1,200 to 1,300 meters above sea level. Its nine-month aging process in French oak barrels on the lees imparts sublime complexity without sacrificing the freshness characteristic of this variety.
On the nose, it delights with elegant notes of sour cherries, sweet cherries, forest fruits, and fresh herbs, inviting one to eagerly explore every sip. On the palate, its juicy, fruit-forward profile is balanced by refreshing acidity, fine tannins, and a delicate, persistent finish that conveys a sense of high-altitude elegance.
