Saint Felicien Cabernet Sauvignon es un vino elegante y complejo, de color rojo rubí profundo. Se perciben en este vino aromas a frutas rojas, como cerezas y ciruelas maduras, junto a fragancias especiadas de pimienta negra y suaves notas de eucaliptus. En boca resulta un vino complejo, de buen cuerpo y estructura, con taninos maduros y sedosos. En el final de boca aparecen delicados sabores a tostado y vainilla.

Fermentación: Levaduras seleccionadas. 20 días de fermentación. Maceración pelicular: 28 días.
